Refund to Original Payment Method
A customer may return any item(s) purchased from twelvesouth.com.au for a refund within 30 days of the purchase. The customer is responsible for return shipping. Please note that shipping fees paid for the original order will not be refunded. Items purchased from authorized Twelve South resellers can be returned to the reseller according to their individual return policy.
Warranty Replacements
A customer may replace any item(s) purchased from twelvesouth.com.au or an authorized retailer within one year of the purchase with a qualifying warranty replacement request. Learn more about our Product Warranty.
Authorized Resellers
You can purchase a variety of Twelve South products from our Authorized Resellers, both in-store and online. We can only offer warranty replacements, not refunds, for products purchased from these resellers. Any full refund returns will need to be made through the designated reseller and in accordance with their return policy.
Holiday Return Policy
The 30-day return and exchange policy will be extended for the holidays. Orders submitted November 14th through December 14th will have until January 14th to request a Return Authorization. Please note that these returns must reach our warehouse by January 31st to receive a refund.
